WHO WE ARE

KEM Building was founded with more than 25 years of experience in the industry.  Owner, Jesse Boettcher started at a metal shop at the age of 17, and since that time has worked his way through all facets of the industry. Using his expansive first hand field knowledge and utilizing his strong industry relationships, Jesse strives to make KEM Building a company built on integrity, quality workmanship and most importantly a company that truly recognizes the value of its employees.  Katherine, whose background is in mental health and addictions strives to build an unprecedented support system for all of those who join the KEM team.  We understand the challenges that working in high stress environments can bring and the unique experience that working away from home can present.  We strive to support our employees in this journey with us as without them, there is no KEM Building. 

HOW WE STARTED

KEM was not built on our own.  We have always been people who have had to build what we have from the ground up, usually with many obstacles in our way. In building the KEM office, every hole was patched and wall was built with our own hands, with the help of our extremely amazing support system.  "The Board" as we call them has dealt with the ups and downs of making this dream come true. Through dust, dust and even more dust, building walls and making ceilings, KEM Building wouldn't be here without these folks.  Not just the building of the office but the company itself.  From the very first time it was mentioned as a pipe dream, their unwavering support and encouragement saw this to reality. We are only as strong as all of are parts, and our team is as solid as they come.
